Wellness Trends You’ll be Seeing in 2018 2017 was for sure a year of wellness.  Everyone has been talking about it and most of us were keen to incorporate wellness into our lifestyles (including Miss boss-lady who started drinking fruit-infused water). And since 2018 is only a couple of days away, the wellness trends are still in full swing and will only keep growing as people realize the impact ‘being well’ has on their lifestyle and overall health.  Wellness consultants from Abu Dhabi’s Intercare Wellness Dr. Nas Al-Jafari and Dr. Mourad Habib are back. This will be officially one of the top wellness trends of 2018 (according to a recent study by Pinterest which showed an increase of over 251% of people saving pins related to the topic).  The gut is often called the body’s second brain and for a good reason.
