Toned Sexy Legs: Quick and Easy Tips to Achieve Strong LegsIt’s officially the season for rocking those rompers, ripped denims, cute little dresses, and basically, anything that will show off your beloved toned sexy legs. But what is sexy when it comes to legs? Well, I’m the least qualified to answer that question, but I would assume it’s something that goes with slender, smooth, toned or firm (your choice). Anyway, as I continue to find out what can be termed as sexy, Dr. Sami Jaber, aesthetics specialist, and spokesperson of LPG ME is kind enough share with you a few tips on how on how you can achieve strong, toned sexy legs (strong being the key word).

Easy Tips for Strong and Toned Sexy Legs

Easy Run or Walk

If your job makes you sit for long periods of time, try to change that routine.  Start taking walks for at least 10 minutes during your lunch hour. If it’s too hot outside (like it is now), why not try the staircase? This is a good workout (that’s better than none), which will keep your muscles occupied. Better yet, you should think about replacing the elevator with the stairs. Nobody said toned sexy legs come easy!

Stretch & Squats

Stretching will mostly help you warm up your muscles and improve joint mobility.  Plus, it’s easy to do it at your desk. Sit-up straight then lift your legs at 90 degrees, point your toes and hold for 30 seconds then relax. Repeat twice. As for the squats, do it at home – 10 repetitions in 3 sets. Not only will you get some strong and toned sexy legs there, your butt will look awesome.

Exfoliate and Moisturize

Since toned sexy legs can also include them being smooth, you can use a DIY scrub by mixing sugar, olive oil, and honey. This will get rid of dead skin and nourish it at the same time. Sugar has a natural glycolic acid which helps hydrate skin and keep it moisturized. Honey has antibacterial and probiotic properties and is tough in removing dirt, and olive oil is good for stopping the premature aging of your skin with its antioxidants. Do this scrubbing regimen at least 3 times a week (if you have the time).

30-minute Detox LPG Treatment

Of course, it’s ok to throw in an aesthetic treatment or two during your toned sexy legs or other body parts fitness quest (I’ve done it a couple of times).
